Vegan Choc Cake

I have tried this recipe twice,which never disappoint me. This is the time I should share the recipe to all.

Instead of being egg-free, dairy-free and lower fat, this recipe is easy.simple and non-time consuming.

Why vegan cake? Actually I am not a vegetarian, I like to try any kind of recipes, and most important, I am wondering how the vegan food taste :), check out the recipe, and bake it! You'll never regret!

Dry Ingredients : 

1 1/2 cups of multi-purpose flour
1 cup  sugar
4 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp  bicarbonate of soda
1/2 tsp fine salt
**I have also added 1tsp of coffee powder (optional )

Wet Ingredients: 
1 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp white vinegar
2 tsp essence of vanilla

Steps : 
Pre-heat oven at 175 C, for 10 minutes.
 Combine all dry ingredients .
Combine wet ingredients
 Mix the all ingredients, using a spatula or hand mixture, refine the mixture until all ingredient incorporated.
Pour mixture into round shape tin. bake at 175 C-180 C , for 30-40 minutes.

Note : Mixture should be 1/3 full to accommodate rising.

I have not bought any round shape tin. I bake my cake using my luminarc pot.

For topping, I squeezed the chocolate syrup ,shifted sugar and choc chips.
