Crispy Chicken Pie

Hi all, FYI the pastry was not made by me! I bought it at Presto (presto ni ada kat Chitta Mall)

Here's the filling ingredients: 300gm chicken breast(cubed) 1/2 russet potatoes (cubed) 1 tablespoon curry powder 1tblspoon oyster souce 1teaspoon blackpepper, rosemary,paprika powder, thyme & basil 2 clove garlics and red onion Steps. 1)sliced the red onion & garlic,pre-heated the pan for about 2mins 2) Pour in the vegetable oils, throw in the sliced onions n garlic 3) Pour in the curry powder, basil,thyme,rosemary,paprika and blackpepper. 4) stir about 2min, then put in the chicken & oyster souce 5) put in 1 cup of water, let the chicken cook slowly 6) To thicken the gravy, add in corn flour. Make sure the corn flour has been desolved with water 7) Add in some sugar and salt. 8) Turn off the heat when the chicken is ready. Steps to prepare pie 1) Take one piece of the puff pastry 2) Take 2tablespoon of the chicken filling,placed it to the center. 3) Glued the pastry with egg. 4) Flipped the other 1/2 of the pastry, and place ontop of the other 1/2, pressed with fork. 5) Pies are ready to get into the oven
