Vegan Choc Cake
Instead of being egg-free, dairy-free and lower fat, this recipe is easy.simple and non-time consuming.
Why vegan cake? Actually I am not a vegetarian, I like to try any kind of recipes, and most important, I am wondering how the vegan food taste :), check out the recipe, and bake it! You'll never regret!
Dry Ingredients :
1 1/2 cups of multi-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
4 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/2 tsp fine salt
**I have also added 1tsp of coffee powder (optional )
Wet Ingredients:
1 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp white vinegar
2 tsp essence of vanilla
Steps :
Pre-heat oven at 175 C, for 10 minutes.
Combine all dry ingredients .
Combine wet ingredients
Mix the all ingredients, using a spatula or hand mixture, refine the mixture until all ingredient incorporated.
Pour mixture into round shape tin. bake at 175 C-180 C , for 30-40 minutes.
Note : Mixture should be 1/3 full to accommodate rising.
I have not bought any round shape tin. I bake my cake using my luminarc pot.

For topping, I squeezed the chocolate syrup ,shifted sugar and choc chips.

Donut Gebu
Bahan A
3 cawan tepung gandum
1 sudu makan susu tepung
2 sudu makan butter
1 biji telur (any grade)
1 sudu makan gula
Sedikit air sejuk (guna fresh milk Dutch Lady pun boleh)
Bahan B
2 sudu makan yis
1 sudu kecil gula
1/4 cawan air suam
Cara membuatnya :
1) Bancuh bahan B, dan biarkan sampai yis tadi berbuih.
2) Gaulkan semua bahan A (kecuali telur),ramas guna tangan jer...then buat lubang kat tengah, masukkan telur dan yis yang dah berbuih tadi.
Attention : At this stage,gunakan hanya 2 cawan tepung.
3) Kemudian , masukkan air sejuk dan gaul rata, then, masukkan lebihan tepung tadi, sampai adunan tak melekat pada tangan.
4) Gaulkan adunan, tutup dengan towel lembap, biarkan kembang. Setelah adunan naik, tumbuk tok buang angin. Rehatkan kejap. baru la uli menggunakan acuan donut.
5) Biarkan selama 10min, baru la di goreng.
6)Finally, salut donut dengan gula aising. or any topping kegemaran uols.

Crispy Chicken Pie
Hi all, FYI the pastry was not made by me! I bought it at Presto (presto ni ada kat Chitta Mall)
Here's the filling ingredients: 300gm chicken breast(cubed) 1/2 russet potatoes (cubed) 1 tablespoon curry powder 1tblspoon oyster souce 1teaspoon blackpepper, rosemary,paprika powder, thyme & basil 2 clove garlics and red onion Steps. 1)sliced the red onion & garlic,pre-heated the pan for about 2mins 2) Pour in the vegetable oils, throw in the sliced onions n garlic 3) Pour in the curry powder, basil,thyme,rosemary,paprika and blackpepper. 4) stir about 2min, then put in the chicken & oyster souce 5) put in 1 cup of water, let the chicken cook slowly 6) To thicken the gravy, add in corn flour. Make sure the corn flour has been desolved with water 7) Add in some sugar and salt. 8) Turn off the heat when the chicken is ready. Steps to prepare pie 1) Take one piece of the puff pastry 2) Take 2tablespoon of the chicken filling,placed it to the center. 3) Glued the pastry with egg. 4) Flipped the other 1/2 of the pastry, and place ontop of the other 1/2, pressed with fork. 5) Pies are ready to get into the ovenTuesday, May 7, 2013
Ikan Siakap 3 Rasa
Kebetulan pulak MB Selangor, announced Public Holiday, sempena GE2013, so aku yang keje kat Selangor ni, bercuti, tapi....husband lak keje kat KL, so kene la koje!
Sementara dapat peluang jadi fulltime housewife nih, ingatkan nak masak spesel laaa tok birthday boy tu...dalam peti sejuk lak ade ayam (emmm takkan ayam lagi), udang, ikan siakap..So dah konfem la...ayam is rejected..kite masak Udang and Ikan Siakap..time tu terfikir laa...Ikan tu nak masak 3 Rasa, udang lak buatkan sayur campur.
Bahan ikan
Ikan siakan , sekor jer
2 sudu besar tepung jagung
Minyak untuk menggoreng ikan
Garam
Bahan tumis:
Bawang merah besar ,sebijik
Bawang putih- 3 ulas
Cili padi (ikut level kepedasan sendiri, in my case , guna 8 biji jer)
Sebatang serai - di hiris halis
Bahan Sos:
Sos tiram - 2 sudu makan
Sos cili - 1 sudu makan
Sos tomato - 2 sudu makan
Cili paste - 1 sudu makan
Kicap manis - 1 sudu makan
Bahan lain :
Tomato sebijik potong dadu
Nanas (beli yang dalam tin je, cap Ayam Brand, gunakan separuh)
Bell Pepper sebijik potong dadu
Cara masak :
1) Panaskan minyak dalam kuali
2) Lumurkan ikan dengan garam dan tepung jagung, then goreng hingga masak , jangan garing sangat. Sos susah nak absorb. Pastu, angkat ikan dan tos kan minyak yang berlebihan. I preferred guna kitchen towel.
3) Recycle kan kuali goreng ikan tadi, tapi jangan lupe alih kan sket minyak, then gorengkan semua bahan tumis hingga wangi.
4) Masukkan bahan sos. Gaul mesra yer....
5) Lastly , masukan Nanas, tomato, bell pepper. Gaulkan dan perasakan.
6) Letak kan ikan dalam pinggan, tuangkan sos.Taburkan daun sup dan daun bawang tok hiasan.

Tofu Goreng Sos Tiram
Bahan:
1 paket tofu
3 sudu makan EVO
5 sudu makan minyak sayur
2 ulas bawang putih
2 ulas bawang merah rose
1/4 cawan udang kering yg dah di basuh
3 sudu makan sos tiram
1/2 cawan air panas
Cara memasak:
Tumbuk bawang merah,bawang putih,cili besar dan udang kering.Jangan sampai lumat,sedang -sedang jer. Ketepikan dulu.
Tofu di potong 4-5 bahagian,goreng dengan minyak sayur sehingga keliling tofu tadi sedikit perang.Angkat dan ketepikan.
Panaskan EVO, tumiskan bahan yang telah ditumbuk tadi hingga wangi ,masukkan sos tiram dan air panas.
Secubi garam untuk perasa. Biarkan merenih,hingga kuah sedikit pekat dan angkat.
Tuangkan ke dalam pinggan berisi tofu tadi. Tambah sedikit bawang goreng untuk hiasan.
